For ICBC law in British Columbia, Park Place Law’s Kirsten J. Madsen helped write the book.  She was a contributing author for the BC Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Practice Manual (1st Edition)an essential reference tool for lawyers  as well as for ICBC claims adjusters. She has represented clients with quadriplegia, serious orthopaedic injuries, brain injuries, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, fibromyalgia and other soft tissue injuries. She has also represented injured children on behalf of the Public Trustee of British Columbia.

Kirsten not only understands what is relevant in specific cases of personal injury but also the tactics necessary for optimal settlements or judgments to be achieved on behalf of her clients

Prior to Park Place Law, Kirsten was partner at a leading Vancouver firm with  a solid reputation. There she represented clients with personal injury claims and she earned distinction as lead counsel in complex cases.
